Become an Affiliate

There are over 250 IRWG affiliates from more than 80 different departments at the University of Michigan who make up a core group for creating collaborations, meeting like-minded scholars, and participating in planning sessions and brainstorming to build ambitious research projects. Gender may be the primary focus of their work, or it may be just one part among many.

Sustainable Health Activities Research Program

This faculty-led program aims to create an interdisciplinary community of scholars whose work on behavior change pertains to boosting the health and well- being of individuals, communities, organizations, and our greater society in sustainable ways.

Transgender Health Research Network

IRWG's collaboration hub for bringing together all U-M researchers working on transgender health topics. Participants include key researchers in Medicine, Public Health, Social Work, Nursing, the Institute for Social Research, and LSA.
