The next Director will establish, enact, and amplify an ambitious vision for IRWG’s future, identifying opportunities for impactful research, diversifying Institute funding, maintaining a positive organizational culture, and further enhancing the Institute’s exceptional reputation. The University of Michigan is especially interested in qualified candidates who can contribute — through their research, teaching, and/or service — to the diversity and excellence of the academic community.
