My research interests include topics related to inclusive and equitable policies (particularly in times of disruption or upheaval) and the leadership that facilitates these changes. I have led research projects on topics such as:
gender equity and social inclusion within international development work;
disability policy in conflict-affected states;
the implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities;
the role of research development in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion; and
tracing information sharing within the Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women/Relatives (MMIW/MMIR) movement
