Molly Beer

Molly Beer (she/her) is a creative nonfiction writer interested in documentary storytelling that navigates political landscapes. After years reporting the far-flung (Nepal, El Salvador, Mexico, and elsewhere), she is now at work on a historical exploration of her rural-American hometown and its female “founder.”
In addition to her work as an author, journalist, and editor, she leads the Great Lakes Writers Corps at the University of Michigan.
