Nicole Perry serves as an essential member of the team, providing comprehensive HR support, including employee hiring, onboarding and offboarding, personnel action requests, visiting scholar appointments, and preparing faculty promotion casebooks. Nicole also offers financial and administrative expertise—processing honorariums, ePro Requisitions, PeoplePay entries, reimbursements and expense reports. She plays a vital role in facilitating IRWG’s Faculty and Graduate Funding Award Programs, ensuring that both application and distribution run smoothly. Nicole also assists with facility-related tasks.
Outside of work, Nicole loves watching movies, diving into a good book, and exploring the outdoors with her two fur babies.
