About

Dr. Wu is an Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. She completed a Reproductive Health Fellowship and a Master of Public Health at the University of Rochester. She was a scholar in the 2016 cohort of the NIH Mixed Methods Training Program and is current faculty for the Michigan Mixed Methods Program. Dr. Wu is interested in increasing the use of rigorous mixed methods to improve the design and implementation of family planning interventions. She is particularly interested in contraception for special populations, including women with complex medical problems, women with disabilities, and women with breast cancer. Her current NIH-funded project is a multi-phase mixed methods study to design and implement a contraceptive decision tool for women with medical conditions.
