Dr. Stroumsa studies LGBTQ health, with particular attention to transgender, nonbinary and gender-diverse people’s health. Her work to date has focused on healthcare delivery for transgender people, including policy-level and implementational-level barriers to healthcare access, transgender people’s interactions with healthcare providers, and the intersections of reproductive justice and queer health.
